Castello della Colombaia
La Colombaia is probably the oldest and most known (together with Torre Ligny) symbol of Trapani
La Colombaia, also known as Torre Peliade or as a Sea Castle, is located on a small island at the eastern end of the port of Trapani. It is 32 meters high, composed of four floors. It is one of the best examples of military architecture in Sicily.
